Leaving burnout behind: How to Manage Stress & Isolation During Your Life Transitions

People shouldn't have to wait until they are struggling to access support, make connections, share experiences, learn about the factors that impact them, and build skills to foster resilience.

We are offering a 6-Week Therapeutic Workshop for women ages 18+ (virtual & in person groups available) every Wednesday evening starting October 16th 2024 and every Monday evening starting October 21st 2024 (6-8pm EST).

Topics will include stress & burnout, self-care, gender expectations & division of labour, boundaries & assertiveness, creating & maintaining healthy relationships, understanding self-concept, and more.
